1 General Terms

jetta is an online gaming and betting platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including slot games, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting, and all other services. As a user, you acknowledge that you are participating on this platform for entertainment purposes, and it is your own responsibility to comply with all applicable regulations related to online gaming.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on jetta, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

jetta reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identity document for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any information registered to your account changes (such as phone number, email, or payment details), it is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jetta may request proof of age at any time. If it is found that a user is underage, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

In addition, to use this platform you must:

• Participate voluntarily and of your own free will;
• Not currently be enrolled in any self-exclusion program;
• Use this service in compliance with the applicable laws of your country.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. jetta will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel.

• Do not share your account with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious login or transaction, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• jetta is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless our own technical fault is proven.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jetta is ৳500 (per method). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Payment methods other than these specific ones are not accepted. Funds deposited on jetta may only be used for gaming purposes.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if an identity verification process is ongoing.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• jetta reserves the right to verify any withdrawal for legal compliance reasons.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be held and investigated.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

jetta offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus balance is calculated separately from cash balance.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• jetta reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets on jetta are considered final, unless a technical error or clear discrepancy is proven. In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

7.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting limits may apply to specific markets, leagues, and events. jetta reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games are operated by fair and transparent algorithms. Game outcomes are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jetta offers games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi.

7.3 Fishing Games

Fishing games such as Cannon Fishing and Fishing Disco offer a skill-based entertainment experience. Specific betting limits applicable to these games are displayed in the game interface.

8 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using fraudulent payment information or initiating chargebacks;
• Abusing the bonus system or using any strategy to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software bots, macros, or any other automated methods;
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system;
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person;
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account;
• Spreading misinformation or defamatory content against jetta.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 jetta's Rights

jetta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

9.2 User's Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

9.3 In Cases of Fraud

If fraud or a serious breach of these Terms is proven, all balances in the account may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

10 Responsible Gaming

jetta believes gaming is an entertainment activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Do not play with borrowed money or someone else's funds.
• Do not treat gaming as a source of income.

• jetta is not liable for any loss caused by internet connectivity or device issues.
• jetta cannot always guarantee uninterrupted service; brief interruptions may occur for maintenance.

However, we confirm that if a proven technical error affects your legitimate winnings, the matter will be reviewed and resolved.

13 Changes to Terms

jetta reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via an in-platform notice for significant changes.
